Advanced Placement (AP)

The College Board Advanced Placement (AP) courses are designed to provide school students with the opportunity to college-level courses and earn college credit while still in high school. At Ready Global Academy Canada, advanced students have the option to take AP courses in addition to the courses required when receiving Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD). This allows students to challenge themselves academically and gain valuable experience that can help them succeed in college and beyond.

AP Exam Grade Scale

The AP grade scale ranges from 5 to 1.

  • 5 = Extremely well qualified

  • 4 = Well qualified

  • 3 = Qualified

  • 2 = Possibly qualified

  • 1 = No recommendation
